Our daily deliverables cater to civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, fabricators, architects, general contractors, and professionals across various industries such as construction, manufacturing, packaging, civil, and geospatial.
Role Description
This is a senior-level(managerial) MEP Modeler position based in Pune, working full-time on-site at Gsource Technologies LLC. The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and managing MEP models using Revit MEP software, in collaboration with junior modelers and other disciplines such as Architecture, HVAC, and Structural. The role also requires adherence to building codes and regulatory standards for the US and Middle East regions, including IBC.
Key responsibilities include coordinating clash detection processes using software like Navisworks, producing high-quality MEP designs, and ensuring seamless integration with other project components. This is an office-based role, not a field position, and demands proficiency in tools like AutoCAD alongside Revit MEP.
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of US and Middle East project workflows, standards, and codes (e.g., IBC).
- Proficiency in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Skilled in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Prior experience on both US and Middle East projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior modelers and facilitate interdisciplinary coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
