We are seeking a seasoned MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Head to oversee the design, installation, and coordination of MEP systems for new projects at Imagicaaworld Entertainment. Job Description

The MEP Head will play a crucial role in ensuring project completion within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management and Coordination: Lead the planning, design, and implementation phases for new projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Technical Leadership and Quality Assurance: Provide technical guidance and expertise on MEP systems, ensuring design accuracy, code compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and manage vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for MEP components, ensuring quality service and adherence to project timelines.
  • Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all MEP work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining rigorous safety protocols on-site to safeguard all personnel.
  • Cost Control and Budget Management: Oversee MEP cost estimation, procurement, and budget management to control project expenses effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related inquiries, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, challenges, and timelines.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in MEP project management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale construction sectors
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Deep understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements within MEP disciplines
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
