We are looking for MEP Managers for Execution of MEP activities at the project sites with relevant experience of more than 10 yrs as listed in the job role below -

Job Location - Pune EastJob Role -Responsible for the execution of MEP activities of the projects as per the designs and along with MEP guidance from MEP Head.Lead and manage the execution of all MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems) for residential projects, ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering drawings.Ensure timely installation and commissioning of MEP systems in line with project schedules.Monitor and manage all on-site activities, ensuring that MEP works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with design specifications.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination between MEP services and other construction activities.Attend coordination meetings to resolve design or construction issues and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building design.Review and verify all MEP design drawings and specifications to identify any potential conflicts, ensuring they meet the required technical and safety standards.Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and adherence to design standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of MEP materials and equipment as per project requirements.Ensure that all MEP systems and installations adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.Implement and enforce quality control procedures for MEP installations, ensuring that all work is completed as per approved drawings and within the set budget and timelines.Conduct testing and commissioning of all MEP systems, ensuring they are fully functional and meet design specifications before project handover.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MEP works, including progress reports, technical submittals, RFI (Request for Information) responses, and any changes to design or installation.Provide regular updates to project management on MEP progress, challenges, and solutions.Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and operational manuals for MEP systems.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives.Monitor team performance and address any issues that arise to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols during MEP installations, both for workers on-site and in compliance with regulatory safety standards.Work closely with the safety team to mitigate risks associated with MEP activities.

Technical & Functional Skills:Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with a very strong relevant experience of more than 12 years at construction sites.
