We are looking for a BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a BENCH SALES RECRUITER, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for our clients' bench positions. Roles And Responsibilities


  • Identify potential bench candidates through various sources such as job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and fit for the bench positions
  • Maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to meet the ongoing bench requirements of our clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align the bench candidates accordingly
  • Negotiate and finalize the compensation terms with the selected candidates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure timely fulfillment of their bench requirements
