Email Marketing Specialist

Overview:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our customer base. Your role will involve building campaign flows(including SMS and Push), analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing strategies to drive conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
-Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.
-Opitmize email templates based on the campaign requirement.
-Schedule and deploy email/SMS/Push campaigns using marketing automation platforms like Webengage, Mailchimp etc.
-Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
-Segment audience lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized content.
-Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, and content layout.
Analytics and Reporting:
-Track and analyze key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
-Monitor industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating learnings into campaign strategies.
Compliance and Deliverability:
-Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) and best practices for data privacy and consent management.
-Monitor email deliverability and inbox placement rates, identifying and addressing issues that may affect email deliverability.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in email/digital marketing
-Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Webengage, Mailchimp, Hubspot etc.
-Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices.
