Email Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in email marketing and a strong understanding of data segmentation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts by crafting effective email campaigns that engage our audience and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, targeting, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Utilize data segmentation techniques to personalize email content and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to continually improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Experience with A/B testing and email deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for data integration and segmentation.
