Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Job Role

• Strong hands-on experience in database configuration, optimization, and maintenance like PostgreSQL
• Skilled in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for relational databases.
• Proficient in managing PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server databases, including backup, recovery, and security configurations.
• Knowledge of server setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting for database-driven applications.
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for database hosting and management.
• Understanding of multiple database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in connecting databases with applications and APIs for seamless data flow.

Location and way of working

• Location: Delhi (Work from Office – 5 days)
