Job Title: Database Developer Specialist

This role involves the design, development, and maintenance of databases to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and create efficient database solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in relational database management systems, such as Oracle SQL Server, and a strong understanding of data modeling, database performance tuning, and data security.

In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and create efficient database solutions
  • Develop and implement data models, database schemas, and other database artifacts
  • Tune database performance and optimize queries
  • Maintain data security and integrity
  • Provide technical support and training to users

Requirements:
  • Expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database performance tuning, and data security
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
