We put our heads together, pick up a torchlight and search to find it.Nosh: AI-Powered Robo-chef: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhV1lXGUOsQNosh Cooking Matar Paneer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0EV1p616o4In this role, you will:Own the entire logistics and fulfilment process for India and international deliveries right from factory to last-mile delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilmentMonitor and optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planningImplement process improvements to reduce costs, improve delivery timelines, and enhance the customer experienceTrack logistics KPIs such as delivery lead time, fulfilment accuracy, transportation costs, and customer satisfactionManage exceptions and escalations proactively to minimize delays and customer impactStay updated on best practices and logistics technologies to continuously upgrade Nosh’s logistics capabilitiesWhat you bring on-board:0-2 years experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in D2C businessesStrong ownership and problem-solving skills. You take end-to-end responsibility and deliver resultsExcellent analytical and data-driven mindset to monitor KPIs and improve processesAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple prioritiesPassion for delivering a seamless customer experience, down to the last mileStrong ownership and bias for actionDon’t feel that you tick all the boxes?
