**Job Title**: Operations Associate (Logistics)

**Reports to**: Logistics Project Manager

**Location**: Bangalore Onsite

**Key Relationships**:
Internal - Sales, Finance, Operations and Tech teams

External - Client, Warehouse Partners, Freight Forwarding agents, and Couriers

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound Sales requests for Logistics Projects quotes; develop a shipping project plan and quote to Sales team.
- Execute Logistics Projects from end-to-end, including booking freight, managing partner & client coordination, tracking goods to destination, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment operations with warehouse partners.
- Track and report on each project's timeline and profitability; solve challenges and escalate when needed.
- Manage a global network of 3PL and carrier partners; hold partners accountable to service level agreements.
- Develop weekly and project-based roadmaps to drive accountability and adherence to timelines.
- Be the resident expert on Easyship Logistics capabilities and restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with client and sales to ensure all project details are accurately conveyed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify problems, create solutions, and implement improvements.

**Skills & Personal Qualities**:

- 2 years of experience working in a logistics or supply-chain operations role. Graduates are welcome and can be considered as a junior role.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure
- Ability to coordinate meetings and discussions with remote teams spread across multiple locations.
- Hardworking and reliable. Not afraid to run the extra mile.
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Excel skills (Working with large data sets, lookups, and pivots).
- High proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of small parcel shipping, freight forwarding and e-commerce. Project management experience would be a plus.
- Experience working with JIRA or other Project Management Software would be a plus.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in, eCommerce, 3PL, Parcel/Post, or Logistics industries would be advantageous
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other automation technologies used in fulfilment operations
