Position - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounts

Department - MIS & IR

Reporting to - President & CFO


What you will do

1) In this role, the candidate will be having responsibilities of MIS and Investors related to activities for the Molbio Group. In addition to this, the candidate will also be responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility, cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to adapt and learn independently in the team-oriented and innovation focused culture of the Molbio enterprise. This is independent contributing role and the reporting will be to

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

1) Management Information System (MIS)

- Support to Business and R&D by providing information whenever required

- MIS, Budget and Forecasting of Cost

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting

- Monitor KRA'a

- Finalisation of Revenue and provide information to Auditors as well as internal stakeholders

2) Investors Relationship (IR)

- Preparation of financial data for Board meetings, external meetings

- Financial analysis and support in preparation of brief

- Prepare presentations for investors meet, external conferences

- Open to travel whenever necessary

- Participate in business discussions and keep notes in database for references in future

- Provide information to Legal and secretarial team for various submissions

3) Internal Audit

- Risk Assessment and suggestions for Risk mitigation

- Drive Automation in routine process to establish controls

- Responsible to co-ordinate and control major risk areas identified in IFC's


Who You'll Work With

You will be part of Molbio Finance and Compliance Team, which is committed to being a valued Finance business partner focusing on controllership oversight, delivery of accounting services and compliance.

You will collaborate seamlessly with IR function, internal stakeholders like Accounts, Tax, Legal, compliance & other relevant functions.


Who You Are

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in listed company

- Adept and comfortable working through matrix organizations with controllership and compliance goals.

- Having skillsets of teamwork, collaboration.

- Good communication skills, hands on knowledge of SAP, Microsoft XL, PPT, Word and other office tools.
