Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%):

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final selection, ensuring timely and quality hires for various business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and coordinate with external agencies when necessary.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the financial services sector.

HR Business Partnering (30%):

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Work closely with management to understand business needs and ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and execution of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and career development discussions.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Partner with the HR team to implement learning and development programs and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in an NBFC, financial services, or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Proven experience in advising and supporting business leaders on HR matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
