Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

HR Business Partnering:

- Assist in the development and execution of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and career development discussions.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Partner with the HR team to implement learning and development programs and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in an NBFC, financial services, or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Proven experience in advising and supporting business leaders on HR matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
