Looking to hire a food technologist/scientist on a contract for an upcoming beverages brand.


This can be a part-time/consulting/full time opportunity basis the nature of your qualification/experience. Fixed fee around 10k INR for a 2-4 week assignment (can be part time)


Responsibilities

  • Product Formulation (preservative, emulsifier) for a dairy product similar to buttermilk
  • Assistance in Shelf Life Testing
  • Assistance in food labelling
  • Knowledge of magnetic stirrer process (preferable)


Qualifications

  • Food Tech Consultants looking for a part time gig welcome
  • Freshers with good knowledge of beverages are open to applications
  • Experienced food technologists in the beverages/dairy space
  • Knowledge about stabilisers/preservatives and product development skills is a requirement


This is a fixed fee position and the timeline for the project is July itself. Pls apply on priority.
