Role Overview:

As a Job Board Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for Antal Tech Jobs. Your goal is to create an exceptional user experience, attract clients to post their IT jobs, and match them with the best candidates in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for client and candidate acquisition, sales, and business development.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including technology companies, recruiters, and industry associations.
  • Product Development: Participate in product development projects to launch new features and enhancements that improve usability and increase engagement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract top talent and employers to our job board.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on job board performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, revenue, leads, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for job board management, and recommend improvements and new features to keep our platform competitive.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the technology industry and the latest trends and innovations

Experience
