As our ASO & SEO Manager, you’ll fully own how Lingopanda gets discovered—both in app stores and on the web. We also keep the option of equity open down the line for high-performers who want to grow with us.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of hands-on App Store Optimization (ASO) experience (Play Store & App Store)Proven track record of improving app rankings, visibility, installs, and conversion ratesStrong skills in keyword research, metadata optimization, creative testing (icons, screenshots, videos), and ratings/reviews managementExperience with ASO tools like AppTweakAnalytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and deliver actionable insightsBasic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, content optimization, technical SEO)Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics/SEMrush/AhrefsStrong communication and coordination skills across design, content, and marketing teamsPrior startup experience, especially in 0→1 growth journeys, strongly preferredYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Tracking and analyzing app performance on Play Store and App Store (rankings, downloads, ratings, conversion rates)Conducting keyword research and regularly updating metadata for discoverabilityRunning A/B tests on creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) and descriptions to improve conversion ratesMonitoring user reviews/ratings and coordinating responses/strategies to boost reputationResearching competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunitiesPreparing weekly/monthly reports on ASO performance and sharing actionable insightsSupporting SEO efforts: ensuring basic on-page optimizations, keyword integration, and content alignment for organic searchCoordinating with developers/designers to fix technical SEO issues when neededStaying updated on ASO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging toolsCompensation: ₹6–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)What We Offer Beyond CTC:Health insurance coverageHealth & wellness reimbursementsOffice breakfast & snacksA fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environmentFlat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesThe chance to grow with a high-impact startup and be rewarded with equity down the linePlease note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
