The Vibe

This isn't a traditional consulting gig. We're building an ecosystem of makers, builders, and creators who've proven they can turn AI from hype into actual solutions. Think of it as a collective of people who get it — the ones who move fast, think different, and deliver real value.

You might be:

• A Vibe Coder who's integrated Claude, GPT, or custom models into production systems
• A Vibe Marketer who's built AI-powered growth tools that actually moved metrics
• A Vibe Designer who's crafting AI experiences that don't feel like talking to a robot
• An AI API Developer who lives in documentation and ships reliable integrations
• An Industry AI Pioneer who built something specific — Fintech, Online Marketplaces, legal tech, healthtech, edtech...and made it work

What You've Actually Done

What You'll Actually Do

• Collaborate with our ecosystem on innovative AI projects across industries
• Consult with companies looking to integrate AI in meaningful ways
• Build solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, agents, embeddings, you name it)
• Share your expertise with other makers in the ecosystem
• Shape how AI gets implemented in the real world, not just in demos

This is project-based, flexible, and designed for people who want autonomy. You work on stuff that matters, with people who actually get it.

The Tech Stack (Probably Yours Too)

• LLM APIs: Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Llama, etc.
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or your own custom setup
• Infrastructure: You know how to deploy, monitor, and scale
• Industry-specific tools depending on what you've built
• And depends what shows up next week: you are an autodidact

Requirements

✅ Preferable based in Tamil Nadu, India (remote work, but would love to see you every now and then)

✅ Proven track record of shipping AI projects (show us)

✅ Strong technical foundation in AI/ML implementation

✅ Excellent communication skills (you'll be working with diverse teams)

✅ Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity

✅ Portfolio or GitHub that makes us say "okay, this person is legit"
