To accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in handling international clients and strong expertise in online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Draft and present customized proposals to secure projects.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business growth targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and agreements with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development within the Digital Marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in working with international clients.
  • Expertise in online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Web Development).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
