Role: Assistant Compliance Officer

Roles And Responsibilities:


  • Manage compliance schedules and timelines.
  • Facilitate filing of periodic returns with the regulatory authority within stipulated timelines
  • Coordinate compliance documentation and paperwork.
  • Liaison with IRDAI for coordinating and attending meetings and keeping follow up on matters requiring regulatory approvals and permissions.
  • Assist with compliance planning and strategy.
  • Handle administrative tasks of the compliance department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Assistance in automating and streamlining compliance operations.
  • Provide general support to the Compliance Officer


Required Skills:


  • 4-5 years in administration, liaison, and compliance department
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Insurance and regulatory background.
  • Must have sound knowledge of English with good communication and writing skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Ability to prepare replies / communications for interdepartmental requirements.
  • Assessment capability to understand processes and assess the compliance gaps.


Education Qualification:

 

  • PG / Any Postgraduate
