Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle employee experience from recruitment to retirement(R2R)
  • Handle employee Hiring, onboarding and Induction programs and new client mobilization
  • Issuance of HR letters related to employment, Promotion, Transfer, Increment, Experience, Relieving letters & sharing acknowledgement copies with respective reporting locations/HO
  • Responsible for all applicable labour, S&E and factories act related compliances for company & Client sites, coordinating with Local regulatory/Govt. officials for closure
  • Responsible for sharing Payroll inputs, Onboarding, Attendance, leave, F&F data with HO
  • Administer employee benefits programs, like health insurance, ESI, PF support to employees
  • Oversee employee relations, queries, Grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues
  • Maintain and update HRMS/ employee database and share HRMIS regular & ad-hoc reports as needed with stakeholders
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives such as Employee Pulse Survey, Employee Birthday Celebration, Recognition program (R&R), Festive celebration, Training, etc. to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including staff accommodation, facilities management, vendor relationships, third party manpower management and uniform procurement.


What's required:

  • Preferred Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with 3-5 years of experience in service/manufacturing/FMCG organizations with excellent in MS Excel
  • Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi. Telugu is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Services/FMCG/Manufacturing Industry:

  • Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
