We are hiring for a dynamic real estate company in Lucknow, dedicated to transforming the property landscape of Uttar Pradesh. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team.


Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with a pre-defined list of potential customers, informing them about our real estate projects and encouraging them to visit our sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential clients from the provided customer list to introduce our real estate plots and schedule site visits.
  • Provide detailed information and answer queries regarding our projects to assist clients in their decision-making process.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to maximize site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations in our CRM system.
  • Manage and organize personal travel schedules to maximize client interactions and site visits.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.
  • A proactive approach with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.


Salary and Incentives:

  • Base salary: ₹10,000 per month.
  • Incentive: ₹5,000 per plot sold.
  • Fuel allowance provided for travel related to site visits.
