Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to employees who struggle to converse in English
  • Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, using diverse delivery methods, including live, in-person classroom sessions and if required virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify and prioritise training needs especially related to English learning
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs based on participant and stakeholder input.


Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in creating engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a dynamic presentation style.
  • Proficient in conducting TNA and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Capable of fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. TESOL, TOEFL, or IELTS, certification is a plus.
  • British council certified trainers (DELTA certified)


Experience:

  • 4 years plus in soft skills training, with a focus on phonetics, grammar, and sentence construction.
  • C1/C2 (Core, Speaking & Writing)
