Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and scaling our business while building processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Build and implement processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency and individual sales productivity.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track actual sales performance and leads, generating comprehensive reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.
  • Metrics-Driven Approach: Drive a metrics-driven strategy to streamline sales processes, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast performance.
  • Sales Behaviors: Foster desired sales behaviors to achieve future state objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant MBA is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with detailed knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
