Position Overview


The Chief Product Development Officer (CPDO) will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle at Techeo. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. The CPDO will work closely with the executive team to drive innovation, ensure product excellence, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the product development strategy aligned with Techeo's mission and business goals.
  • Innovation and R&D: Foster a culture of innovation and lead the R&D efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, speed, and iterative improvement in product development.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of product reliability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI, technical workforce services, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful market launches.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that product development processes prioritize customer needs and deliver maximum value.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development team.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing complex technology products to market.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, management, and team-building skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of professionals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute a long-term vision for product development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Experience in developing customer-centric products.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile development methodologies and best practices.
