Position Summary

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building and scaling successful products. The CPO will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product development.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and gather insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring customer needs and feedback are at the forefront of product decisions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Manage and maintain a healthy Product financials to ensure that new development is in sync with the market demands.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the marketing technology and B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional products that meet market needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

- Demonstrated success in leading product management teams and driving product innovation.

- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

- Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
