Client Success Manager

dZine-hub is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee and manage Magento development and maintenance projects for our international clients. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role involves client communication, project coordination, and a bit of sales, making it ideal for someone who excels at both technical project management and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee Magento development projects from initiation to completion.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional interactions.
- Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Status Updates: Provide clients with regular progress reports, timelines, and proactive solutions for potential challenges.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Budget & Timelines: Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and schedule.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales & Upselling (Bonus): Identify opportunities for additional services and consult clients on the best solutions for their e-commerce needs.
Experience: Proven track record in Magento development & project management.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Magento architecture, custom development, and integrations.
Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
Client Handling: Experience working with international clients and managing remote projects.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools.
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Experience with project management software like zoho projects, etc.,
