Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our wedding venue, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the wedding industry, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including engaged couples, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales presentations and venue tours to showcase the venue's unique features and benefits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with the planning and coordination of their events, providing expert advice and support.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the booking and event planning process.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Participate in wedding expos, fairs, and other industry events to promote the venue.
- Utilise social media and other digital platforms to enhance the venue's online presence.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and other documentation related to bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
