We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring occasional on-site presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting services, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Efficiently handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
  • Consulting Services: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel-related queries.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving any travel-related issues promptly.
  • Itinerary Management: Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings and arrangements are accurate and meet client expectations.
  • Event Organization: Plan and coordinate tours, events, and other travel-related activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client & Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Documentation: Ensure all travel documents are accurately prepared and delivered to clients on time.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on travel regulations and ensure all travel arrangements comply with relevant policies and guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel software and booking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model.
