Head Strategy for a leading pharma organization in Hyderabad


We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization that identifies Senior Talent for our clients who are World-Renowned MNCs & Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and India.

Our clients are a leading Pharma Manufacturing organization based in Hyderabad. They have ambitious growth plans and multi-locational, profitable, and growing operations.

Job Role

1. Our clients seek an accomplished professional to take ownership of the strategy management function. Must have strong strategic & operational experience. Will be based in Hyderabad and report to the CEO.

2. Will be expected to drive initiatives to transform the organization into a "Future-Ready" and Modern Business setup and provide high-level support to the executive leadership team.

3. Will be the SPOC for stakeholders, investors, and board members.

4. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration & Synergies.

5. Execute end-to-end M&As. Identify and mitigate risks.

6. Oversee project implementation.


Candidate Profile

1. Education: MBA from premier institutes.

2. Should have 9 – 13 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, executive support, and exceptional leadership and communication skills, preferably in chemicals, fertilizers, lubricants, pharma, healthcare, life sciences, and biotech organizations.

3. Must have executed at least 1 M&A in/for the pharma industry.

4. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and managing teams.

7. Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results.

8. Must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
