Company DescriptionAt Y3X Innovatech, with Nirog Smart Healthcare and Cymise Smart Industry solutions, we’re aiming to build AI-driven healthcare tools and digital twin technologies for Industry 4.0 — with the mission of transforming how people live and how industries operate.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer to join us in shaping the future.What you’ll be driving:• Business Development & Sales: Lead client meetings, close deals, and expand our footprint across healthcare and industry.• Operations & Growth: Be the on-ground force building partnerships and executing strategy.• Investor Relations: Pitch to investors, drive fundraising, and represent Y3X to external stakeholders.• Strategic Leadership: Help define and execute the company’s long-term vision alongside the founding team.What we’re looking for:• Strong BD, partnerships, and marketing experience (ideally in or around tech).• Comfortable with startup hustle: from sales calls to operational firefighting.• Proven ability to fundraise, pitch, and manage investor relationships.• Entrepreneurial spirit — excited about building at ground level.• Ideally willing to make a personal commitment (capital + time) to grow the venture.What’s on the table:• Co-founder status and leadership role in the startup.• Equity (to be negotiated), giving you true ownership in Y3X Innovatech.• The opportunity to shape two high-growth verticals — healthcare innovation and Industry 4.0 solutions.If you’re excited about building something meaningful from scratch and want to leave a mark in deeptech and healthcare, we’d love to talk.Apply or reach out directly to me.
