Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, etc.) - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Build brand awareness and online presence through innovative campaigns. - Collaborate with the founding team in planning and strategic decision-making. - Manage social media, SEO/SEM, content, and performance analytics. - Create visual content and marketing collateral (Adobe experience preferred). - Support business development and outreach initiatives. Eligibility & Requirements: - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership. - Passion for healthcare innovation and startup culture. - Person staying Bhubaneswar, Odisha is counted. Engagement Terms: - Initial 3-Month Market Study Period with stipend support. - Upon successful completion, the candidate will transition to a core team position as an integral part of the organization and may qualify for co-founder status.
