Job Summary:

Intellioz, a leading-edge, global IT Services organization focused on Digital manufacturing and supply chain transformation, is seeking an experienced and visionary SAP Practice Lead with expertise in S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI to lead and expand our SAP practice. 

In this role, you will drive our SAP solutions' strategy, implementation, and growth, ensuring that our clients based in US Markets leverage the full potential of SAP technologies to optimize their business processes, achieve digital transformation, and gain a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

               
•              Leadership & Strategy:

               
•             Lead the SAP practice focusing on S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP Business AI, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team.

               
•             Develop and implement the SAP practice strategy aligned with organizational goals.

               
•             Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, developing client proposals, and working closely with sales teams.

               
•              Client Engagement & Advisory:

               
•             Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing strategic guidance on adopting S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP Business AI.

               
•             Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored SAP solutions that drive business value.

               
•             Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from planning and design to execution and go-live support.

               
•              Technical Expertise:

               
•             Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI, to offer cutting-edge solutions.

               
•             Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership on complex SAP implementations.

               
•             Oversee the integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

               
•              Team Development & Management:

               
•             Build, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants and technical experts, ensuring continuous development and high performance.

               
•             Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging the exploration of emerging SAP technologies.

               
•              Project Delivery & Governance:

               
•             Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

               
•             Oversee project governance, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution.

               
•             Manage stakeholder expectations and foster positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

               
•              Innovation & Thought Leadership:

               
•             Stay ahead of SAP trends, particularly in areas like SAP AI, machine learning, and intelligent enterprise applications.

               
•             Develop thought leadership content, such as white papers, webinars, and conference presentations, to position the company as an SAP innovator.

Qualifications:

               
•              Educational Background:

               
•             Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

               
•             MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.

               
•              Experience:

               
•             10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

               
•             Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI.

               
•             Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP projects across diverse industries.

               
•              Technical Skills:

               
•             Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, migration strategies, and implementation best practices.

               
•             Expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its components, including SAP Cloud Platform, Integration, Analytics, and Extension Suite.

               
•             Knowledge of SAP Business AI capabilities, including AI/ML integration within SAP systems.

               
•             Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

               
•              Leadership & Soft Skills:

               
•             Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.

               
•             Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

               
•             Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on delivering client value.

               
•             Ability to work with C-suite executives and influence key decision-makers.
