We're Hiring : SAP CPI Lead.

Location : PAN India.

Experience : 8 years.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP CPI implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of SAP CPI developers.

- Develop project plans, define tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using SAP CPI.

- Develop integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business requirements.

- Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Lead the development and configuration of integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI.

- Design and implement data mappings, transformations, and routing logic.

- Configure and customize SAP CPI adapters and components.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications.

- Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.) with non-SAP systems (Salesforce, third-party applications, etc.) using SAP CPI.

- Develop and manage APIs for seamless data exchange.

- Implement various integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, etc.).

- Optimize SAP CPI performance and ensure efficient data processing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

- Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms for proactive issue detection.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. -

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and team members.

- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP CPI development.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CPI features and updates.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP CPI development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI iFlow development, mapping, and adapter configuration.

- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP CPI projects.

- Expertise in various integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, etc.).

- Experience with API management and development.

- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP systems.

- Experience in integrating SAP systems with non-SAP systems.

- Strong understanding of cloud integration concepts and best practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to analyze complex integration requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP CPI certifications.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).

- Knowledge of SAP BTP services.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for SAP CPI.
