Job Title: SAP Functional Practice Manager Experience: 10+ Years Job Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai Travel: Requires Travel (Domestic)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Practice Managers to lead our SAP consulting practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects. As the SAP Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP solutions, and driving business growth within the SAP practice area.

Responsibilities

:

Leadership and Management

: Oversee the SAP practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. Build and mentor a high-performing team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP practice that align with market trends and client requirements. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership within the organization. Identify opportunities for innovation in SAP solutions, including emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.

Client Engagement: Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction. Act as a thought leader in the SAP space by engaging in pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses, demonstrations, and presentations. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to promote SAP services.

Project Delivery: Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery methodologies and tools.

Financial Management: Monitor resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery

Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP consulting or management roles, with a strong understanding of SAP products and solutions. Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale SAP implementations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
