  • Partners with Head IT Application and CTO to lead the business application strategy and execution for the enterprise planning.
  • Responsible for managing Project operating costs
  • Work with Business Analyst and App Managers in Identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
  • Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and IT operations governance process.
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure. Delivery Lead will be responsible for the Overall Application Enhancement Delivery which includes Core, Periphery, Mobile and Portals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Hands-on and In depth technical expertise to operate in a complex and integrated application environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, as well as quality of the delivery and SLAs are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements.
  • Lead & Guide a pool of Application Managers and Vendors to deliver a stable, scalable & secure application and Database environment.
  • Provides Application enhancement which creates business value in line with the business requirements and expectations.
  • Hands-on and In depth technical expertise to operate in a complex and integrated application environment.
  • Leadership for delivery of service operations and KPI compliance as per business requirement


Specialized skills & competencies

  • Preferred Certification – PMP, PRINCE2, CSM
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of integrated IT solution
  • Knowledge of Insurance Domain and relevant experience of at least 5+ years.
