Role Overview:


As a Junior Account Planner / Brand Strategist, you’ll transform audience data into actionable brand strategies. Working alongside senior strategists, you’ll contribute to developing creative solutions that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a love for research, and a passion for turning insights into impactful strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in crafting compelling brand strategies and campaign roadmaps tailored to client business objectives.
  • Contribute to developing brand positioning, creative briefs, and strategic frameworks for product launches and market retention campaigns.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover audience insights using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify market trends and opportunities that inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure that strategies are aligned and consistent across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Participate in client meetings to present strategies, gather feedback, and align on campaign objectives.
  • Prepare client-ready reports and presentations that highlight strategic insights and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to ensure strategies align with and enhance campaign execution.
  • Maintain updated and organized documentation of strategic plans, campaign objectives, and performance benchmarks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and innovative practices to add value to client projects and internal processes.
  • Present research findings, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance reviews to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay on top of developments within the client's industry and digital landscape.


Requirements:


  • 2-3  years of experience in account planning, strategy, or a related role within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using research and analytics tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and social listening platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating professional, visually engaging presentations and storytelling decks. (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for trends and cultural insights.
