Backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners, we are a Series-C funded startup headquartered in Bengaluru.About the InternshipWe are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People team with acore focus on end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles, campus hiring,intern hiring, and assisting in leadership-level hiring. This is a great opportunity forsomeone who is passionate about talent acquisition and is looking to kickstart a career inHuman Resources by working on impactful hiring mandates in a high-growth environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:● Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle across functions—sourcing, screening,coordinating interviews, and managing candidate experience.● Assist in hiring for technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical(business, marketing, operations) roles.● Coordinate and support campus hiring initiatives, including outreach, scheduling,shortlisting, assessments, and offer rollouts.● Collaborate with stakeholders to run internship hiring drives and maintain strongrelationships with placement cells.● Partner closely with the TA Specialist/People team and senior leadership tosupport hiring for critical leadership positions.● Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases with precision andaccountability.● Conduct research on industry benchmarks, talent availability, and compensation datato support hiring strategies.● Act as a brand ambassador to promote our culture and values to prospectivecandidates, both on and off campus.● Assist in employer branding initiatives for recruitment-related social media contentand event planning.Requirements:● Recent graduate or final-year student with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition andHuman Resources.● Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders andcandidates.● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple openroles in a fast-paced setting.● Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results independently.● Prior experience in recruitment coordination, campus engagement, or internshiphiring (via projects or internships) is a plus.● Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) is anadvantage.The PPO opportunity will be performance-based, subject to evaluation during the internship period.
