Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration: Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
  • Support & Maintenance: Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including incident and problem management.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Upgrades & Patches: Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and basic scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
