We are seeking a self-motivated Process Lead - Customer Acquisition to join our dynamic Customer Acquisition process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Customer Acquisition process, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement. The Customer Acquisition & Retention Lead will work closely with other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.


Process Lead Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a process of Customer Acquisition & Retention representatives to achieve sales targets, and revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience.

● Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase customers and improve customer engagement.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.

● Analyze sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.

● Develop and maintain relationships with processes and promote a culture of customer-centricity across the sales process.

● Coach and develop process members, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance.


Qualifications:

● Master in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

● Proven track record of successfully managing Customer Acquisition & Retention processes and delivering sales growth results

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, process members, and other stakeholders

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting

(and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance

● Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train process members to improve sales performance and meet targets

● Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset


The Customer Acquisition process Lead will play a critical role in developing and driving sales strategies that align with broader business objectives. They will be responsible for coaching, managing, and developing a process of Customer Acquisition & Retention representatives to achieve sales targets, provide a positive customer experience, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve company objectives.
