Enzio-The Bath Studio, a Bangalore-based company, is a Design-Build company in the space of sales and purchase of Import and Domestic Tiles, Bath-ware, Wall Papers, Wooden Flooring, and outdoor products.

We are recruiting Executives (M/F) to market our products to these segment in Bangalore region . Candidate with experience in building material, flooring ,sanitary or tiles industry will be an added advantage.Field work, candidate has to meet Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors and Individual.


Requirement

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Target achievement within the said period.
  • Level for building a prospective client database.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in related field.

  • Customer service experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in the bath industry is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills


Fluency in English

Work Location: Bangalore
