We are seeking a highly skilled Finance IT Specialist with a background in accounting and expertise in Tally and Navision, who will also play a key role in transitioning our accounting systems to higher-end ERP software such as SAP and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and integrating our current accounting systems, primarily Tally and Navision, with peripheral systems such as CRM, purchase software (e.g., Coupa), and LIMS. Additionally, the Finance IT Specialist will be instrumental in identifying, implementing, and managing the transition to new ERP software, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, oversee, and optimize accounting systems, primarily Tally and Navision
  • Integrate peripheral systems such as CRM, purchase software, and LIMS with accounting systems
  • Act as a liaison between the Finance team and the Software community to relay needs, expectations, and issues
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new ERP software solutions such as SAP and Dynamics 365
  • Lead the implementation and migration process to new ERP software, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Provide training and support to end users on new ERP software functionality
  • Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, report generation, and regulatory compliance during the transition period
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead financial process improvements
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounting with expertise in using Tally, Navision, or PowerBI in tracking business KPIs
  • Experience in transitioning accounting systems to new ERP software
  • Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Some knowledge in programming would be highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Certification in accounting or IT (e.g., CPA, CMA, CISA) is a plus
