Revenue Operations Sales Enablement Manager Support

Your Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and training development gained in a SaaS/Software organization and will have experience of using Highspot platform and a passion for supporting sales teams through effective enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support: Facilitate role-specific onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-equipped to succeed.
Training Development: Design and deliver “Do My Job” trainings and skill gap trainings based on data analysis from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
Course Creation: Assist in the development of new training courses and upload course content to Highspot.
Status Communication: Regularly communicate the status of enablement activities on a weekly basis.
All Hands Call Support: Support the organization and execution of All Hands calls with all members of the Go-to-Market organization.
Data Analysis: Analyze and process data to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field; atleast 2+ years experience in a SaaS organization
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Highspot, Tableau, Excel and Power point
Training Skills: Strong ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
