We operate with a pool of verified agencies across India on our platform.
Job Overview: The candidate will oversee revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and efficient accounts receivable processes to safeguard financial integrity. This role involves mitigating revenue leakages, optimizing collection strategies, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong client relationships to support the organization’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate revenue recognition in alignment with contract terms through cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze revenue data to identify discrepancies and mitigate potential leakages.
- Implement robust revenue assurance processes and controls.
- Oversee customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and provide actionable insights on overdue accounts and collection trends.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
- Manage customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate account applications.
- Address billing-related concerns and coordinate with sales teams for resolution.
- Enhance AR processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure month-end financial data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain operational consistency and strong financial controls.
- Support internal and external audits, adhering to statutory and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, billing, accounts receivables, and collections.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
