Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and optimize multi-channel engagement. This leadership role requires a visionary marketer with the ability to blend creativity with analytical precision, ensuring Confetti remains at the forefront of the premium gifting market.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy, integrating brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, and offline marketing efforts.

✔️ Customer Growth & Retention: Implement innovative, data-driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

✔️ Team Management: Lead and mentor a team specializing in SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and CRM, fostering a high-performance culture.

✔️ Market Insights & Analysis: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

✔️ Budget Optimization: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

✔️ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

🔹 Proven track record in brand-building, growth marketing, and digital strategy execution.

🔹 Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, and campaign optimization.

🔹 Ability to scale brands and drive revenue growth through measurable, results-driven marketing initiatives.

🔹 Experience in D2C, e-commerce, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
