Customer Growth & Retention: Implement innovative, data-driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value . Team Management: Lead and mentor a team specializing in SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and CRM , fostering a high-performance culture. Market Insights & Analysis: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Budget Optimization: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experiences. Candidate Profile Proven track record in brand-building, growth marketing, and digital strategy execution . Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, and campaign optimization .
