About Company:
BDO India LLP (or BDO India) is the India member firm of BDO International. BDO India offers Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Business Services & Outsourcing and Digital Services for both domestic and international organisations across a range of industries. BDO India is led by more than 300 Partners & Directors with a team of over 9000 professionals operating across 12 cities. We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying the increasing the current team size multi-fold.
Aligned to guidelines shared by BDO Global, our team of Marketing and Communication executives work together to enhance the brand value of BDO in India. We work together with service line teams, to take to market new offerings through innovative and engaging campaigns. Leveraging new techniques of marketing and communications, our team works across diverse avenues including design, digital, events, PR, content and communications.
Job Description:
1. Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
2. Campaign Management:
1. Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, display advertising, social media and affiliate marketing.
2. Utilize analytics and attribution modelling to track campaign performance and ROI.
3. Optimised platforms for PPC campaigns leveraging buyer intent data to improve search ranking and drive efficient customer acquisition
4. Continuously test and iterate on campaign creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve results.
3. Team Leadership:
1. Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities.
2. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
3. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
5. Budget Management:
1. Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
