Expertise in Fast Formulas for automating complex compensation calculations and processes. Hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits, including life event triggers and collapsing event rules. Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules. Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support. Good knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks. Frontend Arts is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
