You'll work directly with the founders to ensure financial integrity and compliance.This is a full-time Accounts Executive role responsible for managing all accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and providing regular financial insights to the management team.The Executive will be based out of our dispatch centre in New Delhi.What you will doManage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenanceProcess and track all client invoices ensuring timely collections and maintaining proper documentationMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including creditor and debtor ledgersMaintain communication with said creditors & debtors based on transaction volume & historyPrepare and present weekly MIS reports with detailed financial insightsReconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow recordsReconcile e-commerce and payment gateway ledgers bi weeklyMonitor and track all business expenses and ensure proper documentationCoordinate with external stakeholders including chartered accountants and tax consultantsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations including TDS, GST and any other legally required complianceProvide financial insights and recommendations to management for better decision-makingAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsWhat you will needBachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field3-4 years of experience in accounting and financial managementStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesAdvance skills in accounting software (tally / ERP) and MS ExcelUnderstanding of GST and other relevant tax regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in workGood communication skills in English and HindiAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in e-commerce accounting is a plusSalary budget is 5-6 LPA
