Core Skill Set: Accounting, Financial Management, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting What you build: Establish and maintain robust accounting processes, manage day-to-day financial operations, and provide crucial financial insights to help scale Simply Phoolish. You'll work directly with the founders to ensure financial integrity and compliance. This is a full-time Accounts Executive role responsible for managing all accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and providing regular financial insights to the management team. The Executive will be based out of our dispatch centre in New Delhi. What you will do Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Process and track all client invoices ensuring timely collections and maintaining proper documentation Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including creditor and debtor ledgers Maintain communication with said creditors & debtors based on transaction volume & history Prepare and present weekly MIS reports with detailed financial insights Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records Reconcile e-commerce and payment gateway ledgers bi weekly Monitor and track all business expenses and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with external stakeholders including chartered accountants and tax consultants Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations including TDS, GST and any other legally required compliance Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements What you will need Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field 3-4 years of experience in accounting and financial management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Advance skills in accounting software (tally / ERP) and MS Excel Understanding of GST and other relevant tax regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in e-commerce accounting is a plus Salary budget is 5-6 LPA
