We are seeking experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating sales by handling incoming calls and conducting online customer meetings to promote our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Handle incoming calls and online customer meetings to understand and address customer needs.
  2. Propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  3. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  4. Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain accurate records and sales data in the CRM system.


Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
